    7.26. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD ("NAESB") STANDARDS
    
          Transporter has adopted all of the Business Practices and Electronic 
		  Communications Standards, NAESB Wholesale Gas Quadrant ("WGQ") 
		  Version 2.0, which are required by the Commission in 18 CFR, 
		  Section 284.12(a), as indicated below. Standards without 
		  accompanying identification or notations are incorporated by
		  reference. Standards that are not incorporated by reference 
		  are identified along with the tariff record in which they are
		  located. Standards for which waivers or extensions of time have
		  been granted are also identified.
