Offers to Purchase Released Capacity

Any party interested in acquiring capacity through PGPipeline, LLC's capacity release program may provide PGPipeline with an offer to purchase capacity by submitting the following information to PGPipeline via e-mail to info@pgpipelinellc.com:

• the Replacement Customer's name and contact information
• the Maximum Daily Quantity desired
• the desired commencement date and term of service
• the desired Primary Receipt Point(s) and Primary Delivery Point(s) and the associated MDRO and MDDO for the service
• the maximum rate(s) that Replacement Customer will pay for the service
• whether Replacement Customer will accept a release with recall rights, and if so, what recall rights would be acceptable
• whether Replacement Customer's request is contingent, and if so, the basis for the contingency
