Standards of Conduct
The Standards of Conduct Requirements require information such as affiliate name and addresses, affiliate tariff waivers, Chief Compliance Officer data, employee transfers, implementation procedures, information disclosure, potential mergers, shared facilities among other information to be provided. As PGPipeline LLC does not conduct transportation transactions with a marketing affiliate it is unnecessary to provide such information at this time.
