GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.22. CAPACITY RELEASE 7.22.1. Capacity Eligible for Release – Shippers under Rate Schedule FT shall be permitted to release their capacity on a temporary or permanent basis, in accordance with this section. Capacity eligible to be released hereunder shall be limited to the firm capacity reserved by the Releasing Shipper, as defined by the Primary Receipt Point(s) and the Primary Delivery Point(s) contained in the Shipper's FT Agreement. Releases may be made on an interruptible (i.e., subject to recall) or firm basis and may be billed by Transporter based on usage. 7.22.2. Shipper Release Notice – A Shipper that desires to release any or all of its firm capacity under this section must notify Transporter electronically on the Website of its intent to release capacity and the terms of the release (hereafter referred to as "Shipper Notice"). A Shipper Notice shall be posted on the Website upon receipt by Transporter or such other time which must comply with the timeline set forth in this section, as requested by Releasing Shipper. This Shipper Notice shall include: 1. Releasing Shipper's name and contract number; 2. The specific quantity of capacity to be released; 3. If the request for release is on a permanent basis; 4. The Receipt Point(s) and Delivery Point(s) at which Releasing Shipper will release capacity and the quantity of capacity to be released at each point; 5. The term of the release; 6. Whether Releasing Shipper is willing to release an amount less than requested and for a shorter time period than requested; 7. Whether Releasing Shipper conditions the release to not allow the Replacement Shipper to effect a change in the Primary Receipt and/or Delivery Point(s) listed on Exhibit A to the Releasing Shipper's FT Agreement; 8. The conditions of Releasing Shipper's right of recall as well as methods and rights associated with returning the previously recalled capacity to the Replacement Shipper, if applicable; 9. Whether contingent bids will be accepted and when the contingency must be removed;
